Welcome to Selah's massage site! 

At an early age I knew hands-on care was my gift and passion.  Starting with a professional course in Chapel Hill, NC and finishing my training in Seattle, Washington, I've spent decades learning the art of healing.  Many years and a university degree later I'm still excited to dig in and help you feel better. 

Each treatment combines elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Thai and many other techniques; your session will be a unique and tailor-made experience.
